Customer will print the Promo Certificates or show them on mobile devices
Each Certificate shows the Name of the customer, the expiration date of the certificate and the unique redemption number.
Collect the certificates or write down the redemption numbers.

4. Fully Automated Birthday Club
The Birthday Gift Certificate goes out per email to customers one week before their Birthday Month.
It is valid the whole Birthday Month, one time only of course.
Your guests print them or show them on a mobile device together with their valid ID.
Each Certificate shows the Name and Birthday of the customer, the expiration date of the certificate and the unique redemption number.
Collect the certificates or write down the redemption numbers.

5. Sweepstakes
This system selects a winner automatically and randomly - legal and fully automated.
It sends out the certificate per email to the winner and to your manager.
The Sweepstakes system collects all email addresses and makes them available for your monthly promotion mailing system!

We make Non-Winners to Winners
Optional, the Sweepstakes system can also send out an email to all non-winners of the month with a ?Consolation Prize?!

The Certificate contains:
Name of the Winner
Expiration Date
Prize
Redemption Number

6. Encrypted Redemption System for your Security
Each Birthday Gift, Special Promo or Sweepstakes Prize has its own unique redemption number. Your manager can enter these numbers on the Club Website and it automatically marks the certificate as redeemed.

8. Social Review Boost
The system sends out a "Thank You" email after each visit.

How Managers redeem Numbers:
A manager or an authorized person logs in at your Club Website/redeem
Enters username and password
Enters the Redemption Numbers collected
Clicks SEARCH
Clicks REDEEM
(They can also search by name or email associated with a certificate and hit resend (in case a guest did not receive a certificate).
